Pool hours:  Fri & Sat 8am - 8pm ,  Sun -Thur 9am - 7pm

Coolers: WILL be permitted. You may bring in any food and drink EXCEPT alcohol.

Alcohol: No outside alcohol permitted on golf course or pool property. This has always been a rule due to our liquor license requirements, just not properly enforced. Outside alcohol enforcement will be as follows :

1st offense - Bring alcohol back to your car/golf cart.

2nd offense - Removal from pool for remainder of the day

3rd offense - revocation of membership

**Considering the potential severe penalties we could incur from the state, this rule WILL BE upheld and enforced. Worry not about our young pool attendants. They have instructions to contact the pro shop or cart barn guys if anyone needs to be removed or confronted. We thank you for understanding our position on this and hope none of these penalties have to be applied to any of our members.

Bar: Going forward starting TODAY for the summer we will have bar staff out there every day serving drinks, snacks and Alcohol from 12pm - close. We are working on menus the pool attendants will have on hand for you to conveniently order from between 8am - 12pm should you need anything from Tee K.O. before bar staff arrive. We are installing electricity at the location where the bar will be located INSIDE the pool area so no need to worry about the gates being open and closed and kiddos getting loose. We will continue to serve from the cart until the tiki bar is up and running asap. All staff have been instructed to securely lock the gate in the event they need to retrieve something for a pool guest from the main Tee.K.O bar.

Pool parties/pool closures: To clear this up - pool members may still use all the facilities at the stone creek pool even if there is a party or reservation taking place. At this time, we do not have a package or option to rent the pool or splash pad area out in its entirety. Although, common courtesy would be something to keep in mind if visiting the pool during a party.

When you purchase a party reservation you can expect to receive :

- priority over tables, benches, equipment or specific areas. You may choose to specifically reserve an area such as the pergola.

- Music selection (if applicable)

- Bring in all party guests (Over 6 guests will need to become a party. Please book via Amanda Casey)

- Ability to hire party staff/lifeguards, etc

- Ability to decorate for party

- Priority if Maximum occupancy arises

*We are actively discussing adding party packages in the future.

Guest passes: Anyone other than immediate family will need to purchase a guest pass for $5. Immediate family is defined as parents and children living in the home. We apologize for the miscommunication on this and have made the necessary steps to make this process easier for you. We are currently training our pool staff on the ability to charge an account for a guest pass straight from the pool at check in via iPad and also take credit cards for those wishing to pay directly. For the next week, please be patient with our pool attendants as they are learning a new software system. Please remember to sign in when you arrive on the pool log!

Gates/safety:
-Both the back gate and gate separating the main pool from children's water park are being replaced today 5-22-24. (Per our hired contractor)
-There will be a gate installed as an extra safety feature on the pool patio before the stairs leading to the pool pump room.
-As stated before, for the time being while the cart is still being operated, pool staff will make every effort to either lock or personally supervise the necessary open side gate.

Water Park/Splash Pad:
- The water park is on a permanent timer. It turns on at 8am and remains on until closing. No pool attendants or staff are able to shut it off temporarily.
- We have had some older kids climbing the structures inside the splash pad and surrounding gates and jumping off. This is a huge safety concern. Please monitor your children and do not allow them to jump off any structure, equipment or fence.
- The pool toys and baby swing feature at the splash pad are on our radar. We hear your requests and want to maximize the FUN for all children at the pool, but this is a bigger job than most can imagine to fix/replace some or all of these items. Please be patient while we evaluate our options further.

Bathrooms: Roto Rooter came and changed/ replaced the needed toilet parts in each bathroom, so now they are all functioning. The areas on our current agenda are replacing soap dispensers and small cosmetic repairs. Other than that, the bathrooms are fully functioning. They are being monitored routinely by pool staff and professionally cleaned 3x / week. Just a reminder : Children under 7 must be accompanied to the bathrooms by an adult.
