Stone Creek is a 735 acre master planned community located on Interstate 75 off Exit 22 in Valdosta, Georgia. Valdosta is 20 miles north of the Florida State Line in Southeast Georgia.

Great pains have been taken to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the community. To this end, we have had some of the best help available to transform a former cattle ranch into what has been called "The Jewel of South Georgia."

In 1990 we were fortunate enough to be able to procure the talents of the award winning land design firm of Franzman/Davis Associates to do the land plan. Charles Franzman has had extensive land planning experience. Big Canoe and Reynolds's Plantation in North Georgia and the southern portion of Amelia Island Plantation in Florida are among the many high profile golf communities that Charles Franzman has designed.

The land plan incorporates our eighteen-hole championship golf course and the residential areas in a most compatible manner. Eventually, Stone Creek will be home to over 700 families.

To compliment this excellent land plan, excellent Protective Covenants to insure that Stone Creek will remain an upscale community and to protect the investment made by the individual property owner.

The marketing of the residential property within Stone Creek began in late 1992. Today, with over 300 of the 700 scheduled home-sites have been developed.

Property investments at Stone Creek start in the 30's and reach into the 80's. All home-sites are served by underground utilities. In terms of sizes, Stone Creek full size lots range from a half acre to over a full acre. Smaller garden homes are available.

Variety is important at Stone Creek. Some home-sites afford owners views of the golf course while others offer lakefront vistas. Interior lots on quiet cul-de-sacs are one of the more attractive products among young families. A variety of architecture is also present throughout Stone Creek; traditional European, Mediterranean, and country influenced home-styles, to name a few, are all represented within Stone Creek. To date there are over 225 homes either built or in various stages of construction.
